The Heartsong Series is another Luna innovation, sparked by asking players what would facilitate their creative process. What we heard is that flashes of creativity do not always happen at opportune times – and inspiration is sometimes lost. Luna got to work with B-band to develop a “plug and play” system with a USB output that allows a player to
capture their creativity on the fly.
These ingenious instruments are available as parlor, grand concert, 12-string grand
concert, or folk nylon versions – all featuring a distinctive treble/bass clef inlaid mahogany
and lacewood rosette, and a pearloid fingerboard design inspired by musical notation.
And for you Vegans out there that have been requesting a guitar without mother of pearl
or abalone, we can recommend this guitar as having no animal by-products.
Any of the profiles in our new Heartsong Series come with a USB output... a
“record on the spot” solution compatible with any Apple or Windows laptop,
USB-supporting smartphone, iPhone or iPad. This output gives you plug-and-play
capability into your favorite recording software. Now you can record your songs
and ideas remotely directly into an iPad, iPhone or laptop... simply plug in and go!
No external USB power or powered USB bus/hub is required. This solution gives
you your standard guitar output jack, a 9-volt battery compartment, and a Type
I USB jack. A USB Type I-to-Type II cable is also included for your convenience.
(iPhone/iPad users will need the Apple Camera Connector kit to complete the
connection from the Guitar to the iPhone/iPad’s connector)
